The Fit Index is a basic spreadsheet I use to gauge how active I am month to month.
I know there are apps to do this for you, but I like doing it manually.

*2015 only includes 9 months (started recording in April). Push up and Pull up numbers are only for 2 months (November and December).
2016: All data is for the full year.
